In this series of classes, Helen Shields will teach you different techniques to help you get a jump start on this years holiday celebrations. In part one, come and explore the world of lino printing in this fun and exciting class. You can choose whether to make one solid 6x4 lino carving to create a finished design, or numerous smaller pieces which will allow you to experiment with placement and layout. Helen will guide you through the process of using different inks for printing and also tips to hand colour your image. You will take away your finished lino cut along with some printed designs on cards and tags. Whether you choose to work on a Christmas design, Easter card or just a favorite image, you are sure to take away a new skill to add to your crafting skill set. All materials for use on the day are included along with an information sheet to take away.
